SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to: NY, CT, MA, IL and CA.

CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order is sent in multiple shipments, whether to the same or to different addresses, your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders to the continental United States.

We offer shipping via UPS on all domestic orders. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  The following charges apply to packages shipped in the continental United States.

We ship UPS Worldwide Express for all orders outside of the United States.  Please contact customer service when shipping outside of the United States and Canada.

Ground shipping is Free.

3rd Day Air Arrives in three business days when ordered before 1pm PST, Monday-Friday, * excluding Saturday and holidays *

2nd Day Air Arrives in two business days when ordered before 1pm PST, Monday-Friday, * excluding Saturday and holidays *

Next Day Air Arrives next business day when ordered before 1pm PST, Monday-Friday, * excluding Saturday and holidays *

* Please note that Three Day, Two day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order.  Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
* Shipping times are approximate
*UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


All orders outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties.  These fees are not associated with Bella Roche and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on SaturdaySunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing. All orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at sales@bellaroche.com or by calling (949) 636-1371. Orders that have already been in process or shipped may not be canceled.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are sorry, but due to the unique nature of our product, all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns for a refund, exchange or credit. Should you have any questions concerning your purchase, please feel free to email customer service at sales@bellaroche.com.

REPAIRS

The quality of our jewelry is of the utmost importance to us. If your jewelry is in need of repair based on normal usage, simply send back the item to us for repair, attention "Repair Department". Charges may apply. You will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to the beginning of the repair itself.

SIZE ADJUSTMENTS

Lengthening: $10.00 per inch for any stones, plus shipping. Lengthening is not available on wire wrapped necklaces.
Shortening: Only shipping charges apply.
Repairs will take 7-10 business days.
For your protection, please return all repairs via UPS or insured parcel post.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

BellaRoche.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and PayPal, Apple and Google for payment.

Special notice to Debit/Checkcard users:
Debit/Checkcards typically have a daily charge limit of $500-$700 per day. In such cases, please note that we will charge your card over the span of 2 or more days until payment is charged in full. Your card statement will reflect these multiple payments. When using a debit card to place your order, please note in the comments section of the order page that you are using a debit card. Thank You!
